RS Breathe collects subscriber details: including first name and email address, with last name optional: strictly for newsletter delivery, class notifications, and offer updates. Contact page inquiry information is solely used to respond to inquiries and to maintain communication history. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Booking details: including first name, last name, email address, and phone number: are kept separately in our Squareup booking database to issue transactional notifications, such as booking confirmations, schedule changes, or cancellations. Checking the optional marketing text box records your consent to receive periodic SMS messages regarding class offerings and loyalty promotions. For in-home mobile services, physical address information is collected exclusively to verify service area eligibility and scheduling feasibility.
Information collected is never sold or provided to third parties.
User Rights and Opt-Out
You can unsubscribe from marketing and newsletter communications at any time. Emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also select the reason ‘unsubscribe’ on our website contact form to remove yourself from our email list. Please allow up to 7 business days for an opt-out request to be fully processed. Unsubscribing does not delete previous transactional inquiry details or prevent direct replies regarding scheduled services.
Where Information Is Stored
Inquiries, subscriber data, and booking information are stored in secure databases and transmitted to our Outlook mailbox to manage requests. Third-party service providers involved in processing, site hosting, email management, and payment processing include Wix, Cloudflare, MailerLite, and SquareUp. These providers process data strictly to support website functionality, appointment bookings, newsletter distribution, and secure payment processing. Personal details and contact lists are never published or shared publicly on the site.
Retention Policy
We retain booking, inquiry, and consent records as necessary to fulfill service requests, maintain accurate business logs, and respect communication preferences. A limited opt-out record is maintained to prevent unwanted marketing deliveries. You may contact us at any time to request access, updates, or deletion of your personal records.
